Intern.
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to support our growth and learn the craft of agency business development. You will get hands on experience gathering leads, running outreach, and helping manage client relationships from day one.
Rivet Bay builds custom, high performance websites served from the edge. We do not use generic templates or page builders. This is a chance to learn how a refined, high standard agency wins and keeps premium clients, while building real skills you can carry into a sales and marketing career.
What You’ll Do
This is a hands on role supporting outreach and client communication across our core channels:
- Lead research & sourcing: Building targeted prospect lists of high value B2B and B2C brands worth reaching out to.
- Cold outreach support: Helping draft and send personalized email sequences, and tracking responses and follow ups.
- Client relations support: Keeping client communications organized and relationships warm as projects move forward.
Who You Are
This internship is built for a sharp, ambitious student or early career candidate who wants to learn outbound sales and marketing by doing. We look for the following:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication with great attention to detail.
- Organized, self motivated, and genuinely curious about how agencies grow.
- Comfortable reaching out to new people and learning by doing.
Compensation & Schedule
This is a paid internship designed to give you real responsibility and a clear path forward:
- Paid at $18 per hour.
- Flexible part time or full time hours during the term.
- Direct mentorship and real pipeline experience, not busywork.
- A potential pathway to a full time Sales & Marketing Representative role.
